| ||Understanding the Client Firm
Just as we must understand you as an applicant, we must also gain a thorough understanding of each of our client firms. When we first begin working with a client, we spend time with human resources and management personnel, gauging their immediate
and long-term staffing plans. We speak with other key individuals in the firm in order to learn about its history, structure, culture and direction. We try to gain insights into important relationships within the firm, as well as a sense of what
professional and personal qualities are likely to maximize an applicant's overall success there. Ultimately, it is only by thoroughly understanding the client firm and all its needs that we can effectively identify the individuals who can best fulfill
those needs, and whose own career goals are best suited to a particular client's business direction.
