There are several types of interviews and it is best to be prepared for each one. Since there is no such thing as an interview that is "just a formality", you must look at each phase of the hiring process as an opportunity to present yourself in the best light. The goal of these pages is to prepare you for each type of interview, move you into the next phase of the process, and ultimately have you receive an offer. It is then, and only then, that the choice of whether to work at the firm/company is yours.

The information has come from three sources:
1. "101 Dynamite Answers to Interview Questions" by Caryl Rae Krannich and Ronald L. Krannich, Ph.Ds
2. "The 250 Job Interview Questions" by Peter Veruki
3. Experience from recruiting for over 15 years. The stories you will read actually happened and are provided for learning purposes.
